Delivery & returns


Your order will be wrapped with care. You can pick-up your order during the opening hours of our shop on Wednesday, Friday & Saterday from 10.30 –16.30. If you choose to have your order send we will do anything we can to deliver to you within 2-3 days (the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany). Delivery times may be longer during national holiday periods. Delivery to other countries can sometimes take longer.

All our orders are delivered by POST NL. You will receive a track and trace number by email when the parcel has been send.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. We will make sure that the freight charges, before shipment, are clearly communicated with you.

The Netherlands 

  • Free delivery from € 70,00
  • € 7.65 for orders under € 70,00

Germany and Belgium

  • Free delivery from € 130,00
  • € 13.00 for orders under € 130,00

Rest of Europe

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.


If you’re not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you can return your order within two weeks (14 days) after the purchase date. Please mail us your request to return your order at using the order number as reference. The undamaged product in its original packaging should be send to our company address:

The Netherlands

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage on the products or boxes.

We will return the full amount of your purchase – excluding shipping costs -after we have received our product complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
